Our program meets every participant where they are and walks with them toward independence through six core areas:
Greenhouse Training
Participants learn the hands-on craft of growing: preparing soil, planting, watering, harvesting, and caring for crops. No experience is needed – we teach everything from the ground up.
Mentorship
Each participant is paired with a consistent mentor who offers guidance, encouragement, and accountability – someone who believes in them and helps them navigate the challenges of change.
Life-Skills Education
We teach practical everyday skills: budgeting and money management, responsible communication, healthy habits, time management, and the relational tools needed to thrive at home and at work.
Job Readiness
From resumes and interviews to workplace expectations, we prepare participants for the workforce – helping them present their best selves and show up ready to succeed.
Employment Opportunities
Through our greenhouse operations and community partnerships, we connect participants with real, paid work – a paycheck that restores dignity and a record that opens doors.
Support Services
We help participants connect with the resources they need – housing, recovery support, transportation, clothing, and more – so nothing stands in the way of their progress.
