Why We Started
Growth Through Changes was started because we believe everyone deserves a second chance – and a way to earn it. Too often, individuals facing homelessness, incarceration barriers, addiction recovery challenges, and unemployment find the doors of opportunity closed. They carry the weight of their past and have few places that offer real training, real work, and real belief in their future.
We started Growth Through Changes to be that place. Guided by the love of Christ and the mission of Licking County Champions Network, we opened our doors to offer more than a handout – we offer a hand up: meaningful work, supportive mentorship, and the tools to build stability and self-worth.
Our Goal
Our goal is simple and ambitious: to help individuals gain the skills, confidence, and employment they need to rebuild their lives.

Who We Are
We are neighbors, churches, businesses, and community members of Licking County united around one belief: that change is possible when people are given the right support. Our team pairs hands-on agricultural training with practical life-skills education and compassionate one-on-one mentorship.
